Is it not possible that average scorer from average ranking college may be the best fit for that ?

Asking such questions consistently, we came up with the initiative of "Diamonds in Coal Mine" and

"30 Seconds CV" is a new model in this progression, which try to promote Talents from Average Ranking Colleges in getting a Job in Corporate, based on their Skill Set.

This initiative is inspired by a very simple thought, that Every One of Us has a Family to Support and Care for, no matter someone is a Dropout, Average Scorer or a Topper. And what's wrong in giving them an opportunity to prove themselves based on their Skill Set and Area of Interest.

If few Top Most Companies of the World can thrive and reach to the level of sky, following the vision of a Dropout, then why Industry is still following the traditional way of Recruitment based on Numbers of Years of Experience and Degree accomplished from a top Grade College or a Low Grade College ?
